The challenge
Parts of the site had already been demolished before the survey began, and construction work was ongoing elsewhere on site throughout, creating a constantly changing set of constraints for the survey team.
Our solution
We ran a two metre GPR grid sweep across the entire site to verify and confirm every utility locate, adapting around live construction activity as we went.
The outcome
All utility locates were verified and confirmed despite the changing site conditions, giving the design team a reliable basis to proceed.
